The primary areas include:Shaping futuristic work models and structures that support new ways of workingAligning the corporate culture that fosters successful digital transformationBuilding sustainable organisation that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusivenessRoles and Responsibilities:Design and deliver projects on Org structuring/restructuring and Org transformationDesign Governance Model/Target Operating Model for clientsDesign Digital Culture Assessment and Culture developmentDeliver projects in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and other people sustainability initiativesDeliver varied organizational development projects including Competency Framework Design, Career Architecture Design etc.Liaison and negotiate with senior stakeholders and leadership and influence them over strategic decisions required within organizationsYour ProfileLead and execute projects single-handedly (viz. the relevant project management processes - i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management)Diagnose and strategize the need for change and articulate it well to all involvedDesign and execute workshops/seminars/trainings for the stakeholders involvedWhat you’ll love about working hereWe recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
